How to Earn Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are automatically accrued with each order you make on zaomakeup.co.uk when you place your order, providing that you are logged intro your account when making orders as opposed to checking out as a guest. To create an account, click here and register as a new customer.
Loyalty points can be redeemed after spending £100 at zaomakeup.co.uk.
How to Redeem Loyalty Points
Simply add items to basket and navigate to the checkout page. You will find loyalty point information at the bottom of the checkout page. You will see how many points your current order has accrued, as well as a tick box for redeeming points, provided you have earned 100+ points on past orders as a registered customer. Just check the tick box to indicate that you would like to use your points for cashback on the current order. The discount will be automatically applied, showing as a cash discount that lowers the value of your basket accordingly. Unless you have spent £100 on past purchases at zaomakeup.co.uk, the loyalty section will just show how many points your current order is accruing.
Once the loyalty points have been redeemed against an order, you will need to accrue a further 100 points to be able to redeem your next discount against further orders.
Please note that it is not possible to combine loyalty points with any other promotional offer coupon, but you will still accrue loyalty points for any orders made with promotional coupons.

Only registered customers who are logged in can collect and spend loyalty points.
The quality of our raw materials is also of paramount importance. That’s why we are always looking for new natural ingredients to ensure our products are the best that nature can offer. Among these ingredients are the micronised silver powder which, in addition to being an excellent skin-friendly preservative, has amazing antiseptic properties. Although it is very expensive, we have chosen to use it in almost all of our products.
When redeeming loyalty points, the value of your order must exceed the value of the points redeemed as the points can only be used in full.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed with any promotional offer coupons, although orders will still attract loyalty points redeemable on future orders.
Loyalty points can only be collected and redeemed on zaomakeup.co.uk specifically; Zao products purchased on our retail partners’ websites or shops do not qualify for our loyalty points scheme.
Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd, trading as Zao Makeup, reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Loyalty Points scheme at any time. Zao Essence of Nature also reserves the right to revoke loyalty points earned at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion, in the event of fraud, abuse or other violation of acceptable use of our scheme.
