Organic Carnauba Wax is a film-forming agent that is secreted by the leaves of the palm tree, native to Brazil. The wax protects skin by producing a continuous film that enhances the staying power of makeup.
For a full foundation coverage, simply apply the stick directly to cheeks, nose, forehead and chin. Blend with the Beauty Blender Sponge until desired effect is achieved. To correct minor imperfections, you can also use Zao Foundation Stick as a concealer to camouflage these, thanks to its strong coverage.
For use in contouring, Zao's Foundation Stick is an easy way to achieve this sophisticated makeup look where you can re-design the shape of your face by playing with shadow and light. Two shades should be selected: one for illumination and another to create shadows and rebalance proportions. Each face shape has its own recommended contouring technique to mask imperfections and highlight best features.
Beauty Tip: Choose the colour that matches the colour of your skin. Neither too bright nor too dark to avoid contrast with the natural complexion of the neck. For a medium coverage, you can apply directly with fingers. The foundation is applied from the centre to the outside, without forgetting the nose.
