Orders under £200 within the UK

Orders £200 and over within the UK

  • Free – Arrives via UPS within 1-2 days, with the majority arriving next day
  • Typical delivery time 1-2 working days
  • Contact us if you do not receive your order within 2 days so that we can check tracking on your behalf, but you will also receive an automated email from UPS with tracking details when shipment is processed
  • Please order before 1 pm for dispatch the same day. All orders after 1 pm will be dispatched the next working day


We use UPS next day shipping, which guarantees 1-2 day transit time, with the majority of all shipments arriving next day.

Terms & Conditions

Definitions: Our Terms & Conditions use the term ‘The Seller’ to indicate Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd, and ‘The Buyer’ to indicate the retailer or other entity purchasing goods.

Trade Only

Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd operates as Master Distributor for UK territory, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England and associated British Isles. This website is intended for pre-qualified retailers within the UK territory who have been approved as an official Zao stockist. We are unable to accept orders from retailers based outside of our territory ourselves, but details of local Zao makeup distributors can be found via the official brand website

Whilst we do operate a retail website,, this website is designed to service our trade clients and so all sales on this website are for Trade Only. We request that you contact us to be approved as a retailer prior to registering, so that we can confirm you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation, have a viable and suitable business through which to retail Zao Makeup Products, and intend to purchase goods for resale as opposed to personal use. All products sold on this website are intended for resale in a suitable environment, either online or offline via shops, salons, pop-up shops or other suitable outlets as approved by Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd. All products are for sale on a trade only basis, with Point of Sale material and testers available for the purpose of facilitating consumer sales.


Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and delivery costs. We pledge to give 30 days’ notice if we change our wholesale prices but do reserve the right to end special offers without reservation, unless an end date has been specifically advertised without reservation such as ‘whilst stocks last’. We reserve the right to withdraw clearance/discontinued items at any time should stock levels deplete, as well as the right to refund the price paid if the clearance items are no longer available.

Discount Codes

Where we do special offers via a discount code, please note that orders must reach the minimum order value of £50 excluding VAT and shipping costs after the discount code has been applied. Any qualifying threshold for a special offer needs to be reached prior to VAT and shipping costs have been applied.

Free Delivery

Orders must reach a pre-VAT and pre-shipping cost threshold of £200 to qualify for free courier shipping. Orders under this threshold will be charged shipping costs at £5 ex VAT. We reserve the right to use another method of our choice to reach clients in the Channel Islands, Highlands, Scottish islands and Northern Ireland where UPS courier may not be an economic choice, and this may impact speed of delivery. The Seller will inform The Buyer should next day delivery not be available within 24 hours of order receipt.


The Buyer will be responsible for maintaining security and confidentiality of the Trade Account with respect to username and password, including unauthorised access to your PC. The Buyer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities linked to your login and password, and to restrict access to authorised personnel only. Please report any potentially compromised passwords as soon as possible. We reserve the right to terminate access to your account or cancel/withhold orders pending investigation, should we have evidence to believe that your account has been compromised.


The Buyer must complete ‘checkout’ successfully before goods are released. The Buyer is responsible for accuracy of shipping address and so careful attention needs to be paid to accuracy of address at checkout. The Seller will not be held responsible for loss of goods sent to an incorrect address specified by The Buyer at checkout. Please note that orders are sent the same day if processed before 1pm, so we cannot guarantee that we can make any shipment address changes prior to shipping. It is The Buyer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct before placing order. If The Buyer realises that they have made an error after completing their order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this for you. Any amendments made post-order may result in delayed order dispatch whilst we rectify the situation

Order Confirmation

Following your successful payment for an order placed on our website, an automatic email will be generated to confirm this order in detail. Please check your order confirmation carefully and notify any changes or errors as soon as possible. Any amendments made post-order may result in delayed order dispatch whilst we rectify the situation.

Order Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched at 5pm daily by UPS courier or suitable alternative. Delivery should be expected on the next working day but the Seller does not guarantee this transit time. The Buyer will receive an automated email from US to indicate dispatch and tracking details. If the order is not received the following day after dispatch, please do contact us to check and share tracking details, in order to identify any possible issues as quickly as possible. Any delay to this notification could harm chances of retrieval. We reserve the right to absolve of responsibility for lost goods not notified to us within 3 working days of expected receipt, which will be the day after dispatch for this purpose.

We reserve the right to request extra shipping costs to be paid to reship an order where the goods have been returned to sender due to an error on part of The buyer with regard to incorrect shipping address supplied.

Order Acceptance

When placing an order online with us at Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd, an automatic email will be generated to confirm his order in detail. Your order represents an offer to purchase the goods specified and this offer is accepted by us on dispatch of goods. Products not dispatched in that order are not part of that contract.

Returns/Replacements/Order Cancellations

Please inspect goods carefully upon receipt. Any damaged, defective or missing goods need to be reported within 3 working days of delivery, with photographic evidence supplied if appropriate. This includes photographic evidence of packaging damage where goods have arrived damaged in transit. Should The Seller need to issue replacement goods due to damage incurred in transit, The Seller reserves the right to request return of damaged goods at their own cost.

Should The Buyer wish to cancel their order, they will need to notify The Seller immediately to see if we can intercept the process and stop the order being dispatched. The Buyer will need to pay return costs should the order have already been dispatched.

If The Buyer wish to return any goods ordered in error after receipt of order, The Buyer must notify The Seller prior to return, and will be responsible for associated return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition (unused, with tags and seals intact) within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Returns exceeding £50 in a single shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the Buyer returns an entire order, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs prior to refund.

The Seller does not accept responsibility for any unwanted goods sent back by The Buyer that are lost in transit. It is recommended that The Buyer use a tracked service with adequate insurance cover to return unwanted goods, for their own protection. The Buyer will need to make a new order to rectify any errors they made when ordering goods; this order will subject to standard shipping costs and minimum order terms.


Our minimum order is £50 prior to shipping and VAT.

Shipping is charged at £5 ex VAT for orders under £200 ex VAT. Courier prices attract VAT at standard rate.

The Seller aims to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day by UPS courier, but this pledge is not legally binding due to issues beyond their control not limited to courier delays, force majeure, unexpected stock supply issues and changes made by The Buyer after the order has been completed that delay dispatch.

In the event that The Seller needs to refund for an out-of -stock item, the Seller will aim to ensure that dispatch is not held up and that The Buyer is notified prior to dispatch. The Seller cannot guarantee that same day dispatch is guaranteed at any time, although in general this same day dispatch pledge before 1pm is pledged in good faith as an achievable aim under normal working conditions.

Product Availability

The Seller confirms acceptance of order on dispatch and does not guarantee any stock until this process is completed. All products shown are subject to stock availability, and whilst we aim to mark items as out of stock as soon as this becomes known, we do reserve the right to allocate stock on a first-come, first-served basis to our Buyers and so may occasionally need to send a part-fulfilled order with refund given for any out-of-stock products. We aim to notify The Buyer within 24 hours of any changes to stock availability following an order placed with us.

Online content is the intellectual property of Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd or Cosmet’ika SarL, brand owner. No part of this website can be replicated for use elsewhere online or offline without the explicit consent of Zao Essence of nature UK Ltd. The Buyer is permitted to use this website for the purposes of ordering stock as laid out in our Terms and Conditions only but is not permitted to copy or download any details without express permission. All content is displayed in good faith and can be altered at any time without notice should an error be discovered or a change be deemed necessary.

Force Majeure

Zao Essence of Nature UK Ltd reserves the right to delay or cancel orders in the event of adverse circumstances beyond its control, not limited to Acts of God, political issues, fire, accidents or failure to receive goods from carriers or brand.
